Maybe it takes a lot of time to get financing for a company that has firm orders (100 million licensing deal and I think without checking Oct. 2015 another 50 or 80 million in firm orders) and an empty production facility for about 15 months, and 50% down payments being accepted on each order. Come to think about it who has a production facility without contracts already signed?

Oh yeah almost forgot it takes time to have contracts reviewed because of the language barrier. Global contracts happen all the time and aren't there many legal firms that deal directly with International trade?Where is Jack? Business with China and international trade happens all the time and and he would know how to execute quickly wouldn't he?

Maybe he has so many investment firms and banking institutions looking to lend huge amounts of capital for such big deals that George has too many to chose from? Just bizarre!
