TDC : Approval of Tele2’s acquisition of TDC Sve

TDC A/S announces that the EU Commission today has approved Tele2 AB’s acquisition of TDC Sverige AB without conditions. The acquisition is not subject to other approvals and the parties expect to close the transaction in accordance with the parties’ agreement by the end of October. 

The approval does not give rise to any changes to the Guidance for 2016, which was announced on 21 June 2016.
