$RVXCF News out after the bell.....

The company's Annual General Meeting that was due to be held October 6th of this year was cancelled back on Aug. 22nd. No explanation was given, I myself sent an email to the IR VP asking why and the answer I received was that no material information could be given that was not in the public domain.
That led to a lot of questions and speculation in an investor forum I participate in. The company CEO had already announced that a 2nd licensing/partnership deal was going to be announced, so perhaps that was the reason.
Given that the PPS for RVXCF has basically doubled since the announcement of the cancellation there are many (myself included) who are thinking whatever the reason....there's a good chance its something very positive.
The date for the special meeting is December 15th with the agenda to be forthcoming no later than the 15th of November.
Exciting times.....and given that my late great Father suffered from Diabetes it would be great to have them succeed in their goal of achieving substantial risk reduction for Adverse Cardiac Events like heart attacks and strokes.
Those who are familiar with Diabetes know, that even when patients do an excellent job on diet and exercise and managing blood sugar levels....that regardless about 75% of Diabetes Mellitus (full blown insulin dependent Diabetes) patients will suffer from a Major Adverse Cardiac Event...aka MACE.
