yes unfortunately -I became suspicious of the 2013 spring/ summer PR's which were not seemingly backed by info in following 10Q's etc- no more creditor forbearance language in same after dec 2013, the subsequent arrogant wolf in sheep clothing crowd source funding which seemed unlikely and would leave nothing for common stockholder? and I could not verify the creditor orontes or whatever had the means.

All because a high level politician decided business per se was evil and had to be stopped so beginning in 2009 he ordered political appointees in various agencies to violate the constitution to stop these co's without due process -thus the Aug 2012 or so govt nixing of the previously approved work plan turned out to be a death knell since SIRG did not have the resources to comply with the tough requirements to get the plan re-approved. And I bow to Lmcats informed decision re management weaknesses.
