Stop trying avoid the facts of the matter. Reagan ended up raising taxes to tame the deficits his supply side bullshit created.
Supply side has nothing to do with tax hikes. And the last time it was tried, Bush tax cuts UNPRECEDENTEDLY during war time, the results were, regrettably, predictable.
Nice attempt to trash the Clinton budget surplus and make a false comparison with inventory surpluses.
