Is it possible that Mr. Heddle isn't selling any processors because there isn't any customer who believes it would be worth buying...and that Mr. Heddle is withholding that information??
Since it has been three years, it would be useful if Mr. Heddle disclosed what type of marketing he's using (direct phone calls, pamphlets on windshields, etc....), how many customers he's contacted in these past three years and what reason those customers give for not wanting to buy a processor. Right now PTOI's primary 'operation' is as a sales organization...and investors don't have a clue as to what that entails...only that it hasn't produced a result in three years.
I do think Mr. Heddle is setting up for a new story...otherwise he wouldn't say he would execute a contract on or before November 25th. Just watch over the next year or so as that story evolves before it's finally put on the back burner and silently works its way into "ancient history" as a new story takes its place. If you're smart, you'll get out if Mr. Heddle is successful at pumping up the price.
