tinytoes- The $70M revenue is a pretty importan

The $70M revenue is a pretty important piece in regards to what they did and did not deliver since the SH meeting. If the revenue was anywhere near $70M, we wouldn't be sitting here at nearly the same price ($0.02) as we were at the time of the last SH meeting, albeit at a 25:1 reduced share!
This big revenue miss brings further doubt to NTEK management and their ability to create and lead a financially strong performing company. In the SH meeting, I believe they also stated that dilution was no longer needed, but yet within 3 months, they were printing shares again and there was no new catalyst that created such a need - how did they not see that coming or did they just not want to tell shareholders something they didn't want to hear.
I don't think anyone on this board will argue NTEK's capability to lead change in regards to the technology they employ and deliver high quality products. Unfortunately, it takes more than a good product to make money - this is where I believe any fair assessment would be sharply critical of NTEK's ability to forecast revenues, costs and ultimately market valuation.
