Wrong! The criminal abusive naked shorters are responsible for the losses most have here. Sure there was dilution but that is why companies go public, to raise capital. If however only real shares had been sold we likely never would have had a reverse split to say nothing of the share depreciation since that split.
The company did tell us it had sought and obtained advice on its reorganization plan but gave us few details other than they expected to be able to eliminate most of the convertible debt which they did. I remain hopeful there is much more to that plan that we still don't know about. One item that has crossed my mind is that there is a long who has posted repeatedly on IHUB that the company will be buying back shares. Did the company expect the shorts to walk the price down after the reverse split and have the intent to buy back shares as part of the reorganization? We don't know and like all longs I too wish I knew a heck of a lot more about what was going on behind the scenes.
The only thing I do know for a fact is that Ultraflix is on every major platform and is living up to its announced intention to be a leader in 4K. I look forward to the day a reversal in the share price begins and it starts costing those who have sold us so many millions of non existent shares big bucks. Go NTEK!!!
