what i was trying to say is that Bob pretty much needs 1.5 years of financials to get current (2010K and 2009 Q3-Q4). 6 or so months ago we knew Bob was tight with money so it was understandable that financials took a backseat and operations were top priority. now Bob clearly has more cash and it cant be that much to do what i mentioned above. more and more brokerages are going to be restricting CE stock purchases, so the least Bob can do for us longs is to throw us a bone with getting CE removed.
The ball is in Bobs court lets see what he does if he really means that us longs will be rewarded.
