I have a understanding...yes, I believe it pertains to all religions also.
However at the time the RCC was the great threat.
Protestants were heretic's to the RCC and for that matter the Church Of England at the time. King James had released in 1607 the KJV bible which directly challenged the RCC , Popes and churches dominance in the world. Protestant were the enemy and for that matter still are. Play ground just changed in 1776 for the RCC.
Regardless, the ground goes to the majority...That majority is not representative of a candidate that has been bought and paid for by special interest.
What does it Matter, Deplorable, Unredeemable and your talking list ?
