Indeed, especially on this board where inside info on that probably hasn't been shared yet. Contacting corporate would be the best way, but we'll find out soon enough.
The funding for growth will come from other sources including the bank they shook hands with and even the Chinese investors regardless of her acquiring a controlling interest.
It won't be doom and gloom if the LOI isn't followed through on. Disappointing, but not disastrous. We should know in just days how that plays out.
