If Bril-OM is effective for even half the patients, it will be a blockbuster. Hopefully it will help a lot of people who have to deal with this horrendous side effect of chemo and radiation treatments.
And being approved on a relatively small Phase 3 like that is good news for pushing Bril-OM through the process fast -- always assuming it works in humans as it does in hamsters, which seems a pretty good bet based on your research.
