Before the R.S. they admitted it was to limit shares needed to service debt. So i was kind of expecting it. Also the lowered debt is comforting. Now the whole quiet time thing is no good and needs to be addressed. Becaue their quiet for two reasons either you cant talk or you have nothing to say. Lets all be honest the omni advisors Fiasco was the last straw.
