Rocky Mountain High Brands Files Form 10-K

Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTC PINK:RMHB), a fully reporting company, announced today that it filed its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 on October 4, 2016.
Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "The filing of the Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 completes the SEC financial reporting and disclosure requirements for our fiscal year, as well as enables us to complete the process of uplisting to the OTCQB marketplace from the OTC Pinks. We have worked hard to complete two cycles of annual audits, the Form 10 process, and the compilation of the Form 10-K. The disclosure requirements of a fully reporting company are much more extensive and transparent than those of a Pink Sheet company. The Company's long-term goal is to exit the OTC marketplace and be listed on the NYSE MKT (formerly AMEX) as soon as possible ."
