My point is: the only current treatment has potentially awful side effects, has to be dosed very carefully probably in a hospital setting or at least a doctor's office (that business about having to reconstitute the drug before injecting, and dosing depends on body weight) -- even if Bril-OM is only as effective, instead of more effective, it will still become the treatment of choice because of ease of use. And I expect it to be more effective with very few side effects if any.
