Tstone - think you are definitely on right track. Jerry realizes by giving up control by sale of the 1mm A shares -convertible to 100mm common where he gets his upfront by relinquishing control he also has roughly 15-16% left and with that cash infusion we'll all be winners down the road,
Does anyone think founders of Monster would be griping ONLY having 15% of their stock.today?
I really believe this is a very strategic move on Jerry's part to benefit us all as well as his future deep pockets.
