No they didn't. I'm not exactly sure what the criteria for showing an order would be. It would be hard to argue that an order for 10% of PTOI's outstanding shares isn't big enough, even if the price is far below the last trade.
I'm a strong proponent of transparency so I believe all orders should be listed for everyone to see. Even if someone can 'skim' by putting an order slightly better than another bigger order, that practice still improves liquidity and in the end the better analysis should win anyway.
