Comes down to 50-60 Million that are unemployed or under employed...
30 Million new jobs take a big bite out of free services and the budget...plus each new job creates 2-4 more service jobs...
Clinton jobs come from new taxes or regulations...
Any policy has to be budget neutral or create a surplus...Clinton plan does neither.
