I do not believe that NTEK is going to wait for Da

They haven't done this so far.
NTEK has many partners in the success of 4K UHD and they want to keep them.
Of the promises recently made the ones that they have not finalized and announced include content and the way forward.
They have not painted their vision for the future, and they haven't told us what they have been working on and achieving recently.
I can understand many of the reasons for the information vacuum. I just want to win this one. I think our management are hardheads capable of living through this difficult times and still understanding that they need to take us with them.
They have proven successful regarding their most recent promises. I do not believe that they were careless in their statements of what we can expect them to do.
Its just that the biggest and most crucial of the challenges they placed in front of themselves are the last ones. Arguably, All of the accomplishments posted so far are easily understood as precursors to the challenges that have not yet been completed.
I would argue that our recently completed challenges were required by outside negotiators and that we have been proven.
The most interesting involves the placement of new management/new hires. Fuja is adamant about the fact that these people were in place in June/July, yet we wait for the end of September for NTEK to issue restricted shares.
Not only would NTEK want new hires to prove themselves prior to permanent hire, but the new hires would want NTEK to prove our future to them; all done behind the curtain to save face in several directions in case it didn't work out.
So what relationships do these new hires bring with them? Content? Financial partner? Live Sports? What message do our new employees take to the market?
Bear in mind that the restricted shares were just issued a few days ago. Remember when NTEK management said that our top managers had the other top managers of the 4K UHD world on speed dial.
We are an unaudited penny. The rest of the big dog world has to find some way to perform their DD. A trusted business manager from their world has just accepted restricted shares and a permanent role, and is now turning back to the big dog world with a message they can trust.
I know David is a genius and responsible for much of this, but it is bigger than him.
The more important date is the date roughly November 9 that the judge in our lawsuit set as a review date (the judge that prevented our creditor from trying to foreclose on us). NTEK has to show forward movement, success and trustworthiness to the judge. In my opinion they do not have to show the cash, but they have to show the judge that whatever argument NTEK used to obtain forebearance is an argument that will lead to survival of NTEK as well as payoff to the other side.
