My understanding of the delay is that they are waiting for Mrs. Li and her Chinese group to buy the company. Apparently they want to serve Chinese food and Rocky Mountain High drinks and Jerry wants an old fashioned Texas Longhorn steak.
Apparently there is an impasse on the food choices.
