161004 HJOE post on iHub -
Why is it only non shareholders seem so passionate about "proving " $HJOE is fake...?
Where are the shares being sold? Company hasnt used toxic debt since 2015. None of the company insiders have ever sold shares and have made interest free loans to the company prior to revenues ramping up.
Shareholders seem fine with the information exchange via Twitter/Facebook and the availability of mgmt in returning phone calls/answering questions.
Shareholders seem to be pleased that the company didnt complete the R/s or increase the AS and take the easy way out to settle the toxic debt mess.
KBM has changed attorneys three times and keep delaying the trial. What are THEY trying to hide? Why all the delays? They are the one that brought suit. Yet they still cant show how they were "harmed" with their near 100% returns.
Shareholders seem to be pleased with the SMS model that uses individual dealers who are completely vested in growing the brands since they are putting up their own money to do so.
SMS seems to have been rather successful with the Tabasco business using a similar model for dealers. Is Tabasco a fake company as well? Are all those product displays fake?
Why should the company release dealer names and give a certain few free reign to harass and intimidate? It certainly did happen with Walgreen locations in NOLA. I spoke with two store managers that both were harassed by callers who wouldnt identify themselves or provide contact information that yelled at them saying HJOE wasnt legit, fake, insiders were criminal etc. Why should the company invite the same treatment to their dealers?
I dont have a dealer in Michigan but I certainly have had no problem getting the products. A couple phone calls or web clicks and it is done.
Why shouldnt shareholders assist in furthering the brand by heloing local dealers promote product and increase sales? That is a cheap sales force multiplier. It just makes sense to help grow sales but also verify the products resonate.
Why should the company spend $$MM on a national advertising campaign before they have adequate dealer coverage? The product has to be in place for the masses to easily find (or relatively easy). Building a brand takes time. Mgmt has always stressed to shareholders that this was a long term strategy. Where is the P&D?
Why should the SEC shut down a company that is taking the necessary steps to PROTECT shareholders and that the shareholders seem to agree upon those steps? Counter productive for SEC to shut them down or force them to file when filing will eviscerate existing shareholders through the continuation of aggressive conversions.
As a large, long term shareholder - i am rather excited by the progress over the last 18 months and have enough information to continue to buy, hold, or sell.
Again - why is it only the non shareholders who are screaming for shareholder protection...?
