Read the following carefully, this IoT module can achieve the same purpose than GTRQ's at a lesser price, and is certified.
Roman could have used this module if he wanted to, but he felt he needed GPS as cell only was so way off, it would be useless.
In all cases, cell module would need to be incorporated into a device by an integrator, which was Itraq.
No way GTRQ can compete with current available devices, too late for them
