in addition he would need AUDITED 2010 and 2009. If you look at the OTC site: http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CWRN/financials he has most of 2009 done and it should take no time to get it audited (not much was happening). This leaves audited 2010 information. I think Bob started mining Baja 14 in fall of 2010 so most likely first 2-3 quarters should be easy to audit like the 2009 data.
in conclusion we need the following to be come current
1)Q4 2009 AUDITED
2)Q1 - Q4 2010 AUDITED
3)Q1-Q4 2011 AUDITED - since Bob pays taxes(hope so) he should already have 2011 AUDITED financials.
so this leaves us with #1 and #2 away from CE removal and Pink Current.
