$CADY WINNERS CIRCLE DD on CADY CADY Barchart is a 24% buy. More long by 67% buy VS short by 20% sell. Pretty much no shorting but volume is low also. Weekly at upper end of BB’s but they are fairly wide for a breakout, RSI is 45 which is bland and accum/dist is low and heading east. Daily the BB’s are about as wide as the weekly, RSI is 48, accum/dist is heading south and the 200/50MA is about to cross which is the only good sign I see. It is trading about .15, lows about .10 to .12 and highs at .18 for or under .10. They diluted 2M shares between Jan and Apr. High in Jan was .56 and low was in Apr. There are 2.77M class A convertible shares and 2.66M class B convertible shares but cannot find the terms of the deal. All financials are unaudited. 225M A/S, 46M O/S and float. Trade with caution but coud be worth the reward for sure.
