Last year the convertible notes were above 1,400,000, in agreement with Management's statements a couple of months ago, over 1,000,000 of convertible debt was repaid without conversion. NTEK used hard cash to do this.
Last years gross Profit was 7,700,000. We increased by 10,000,000 this year
