Itraq used GTRQ idea without GTRQ module because GTRQ had NO module. And feedback from Itraq indiegogo site indicates that cellular tracking is not working well at all.
GTRQ module, wich are low consumption cellular modules are now available from major world reknowned module manufacturers in huge volume and for about or Under 5$ per module.
GTRQ pretended to have filed for a patent, and obviously GTRQ has NO PATENT.
So there is not much left for GTRQ...
