iTalk Inc. The company plans to introduce a customized branded smartphone device within 2 years , once expansion markets have stabilized. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) White Labeling/branding a manufactured device through an existing manufacturer takes considerable time and research. In order to introduce a product into the marketplace, ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) eventually becomes necessary in order to build a product that is both unique and acceptable to the market place.
