The average person does not realize that besides the 28% to 32% paid by federal withholding at the source of wages; that if you add the sales, state, property and the Large amount of hidden taxes in gasoline; the average citizen ends up with ONLY 50% to 52% of their monies!
As one tax lawyer told me:
The Government will give you what they want and nothing more!
Trump and a LOT a big Co's pay No Taxes ....BECAUSE OF ALL THE GOVERNMENT LOOP HOLES. and they take advantage of it. I bet the Clinton Foundation pays no Taxes either!
WE NEED A FLAT RATE TAX PLAN WITH "NO" LOOP HOLES.
That way there are no deductions allowed for adjusted gross income for everyone and every entity.
O.K. ..... my rant for the Day!
P.S. ..... talking to Jerry, the up list will happen first, and the LOI is just that .... an LOI that makes both party's agree that their talks are serious and not just a verbal conversation. Dates are not that critical as long as DD is progressing forward and "IT IS"!
