FYI.. In case anyone was wondering what TPAC's 2014 O/S Level was.

TPACs MRVB Usage
· Boost revenues and raise the core value of the company.
· Take control of its stock offering -- with nearly 3.9B shares outstanding, a Share Reduction Program is currently in design.
· Once activated, the Share Reduction Program can reacquire shares up to 36 months to bring the O/S volume below 2014 levels.
· To create a more stable pps environment, FR will implement the MRVB in a loop mode based on O/S volume triggers.
· AFS Pattern Day Traders will be able to trade in the Platform receiving a percentage of their positive trading figures.
· No Additional Cost to TPAC.
Using this models system properties, the FR can apply up to 100 percent of the net profits towards the Share Reduction Program.

Quote:
In September 2014, for example, the O/S count stood at just over 166 million which, by Pennyland standards, is not that huge. By the end of January, however, it had grown to 218 million (more than 31% dilution in a matter of four and a half months). Unfortunately, the printing press wasn't given a rest and over the next 32 days, it churned out more than 278 million shares which brought the total O/S count to just under 500 million on March 4. Anyone wants to hazard a guess where it stands now?
