Abacavir as normally dosed does not work. If it did, they'd be using it right now, wouldn't they?
Evidently Prurisol's compound is converted to a different form in the body. I don't have time to find the references but we've heard that bashing thing before, and F1ash or Sox or somebody refuted it.
