SFOR BUYBACK PLAN>"$1,000,000 for Initial & Monthly Stock Buy Backs
1) Initial purchase of 36,231,884 Shares ( $500,000 @ .0138 SP )
2) Monthly $75,000 open market share buyback purchases for next 6 1/2 months ( about 2,500,000 Shares Buyback each month based on average SP of .03 )
In addition:
3) Pay Off half of remaining small debt. (Reducing borrowing cost and payments ) Debt $,1,500,000 ??? (not sure of exact amount)
4) Invest 20 - 30 + $$$ Million $$$ towards GROWING the company. New products, updates, advertisements, lawyers ( lol ), etc...
5) Performance Bonus plan for all employees
6) Larger Bonus plan for top executives based of stock value and performance.
Announcing either or both #1/#2 and # 4 would send the stock price Shooting UP like none of us would dare dream of. (I don't know, maybe .10 in a few days after announcement, maybe a lot more after a few more days or week??)
#5 and #6 will help with future stock price gains, stability, and growth, as well as current anticipation there of.
$3 is just there to shut up those who keep screaming about debt, even if the debt is pretty tiny. Less reasons for short sellers to scream
Where is this $$$ Money going to come from???
SETTELEMENTS from pending 3 infringers before year end
should give SFOR $15M-$45M pure CASH in hand after
paying its Blank Rome Lawyers for negotiating these SETTLEMENTS!!!
I believe if all of the above were done, the stock price would jump to double digit cents .?? to over $1.00 in a few weeks to few months.
With future SETTLEMENTS coming beyond the current 3,
more stock buybackS, more investing in growth (internally financed), Little to no debt or payments, pay bonuses, hire the best they can get. At that point, if Earnings are growing as expected, could very well be a $5.00 stock and listed on Nasdaq instead of the otc.
So many have said about this stock " This stocks going to make millionaires out of people" ..its not a dream, it is a growing reality.
