Shareholders need to understand that Channel partners significantly change the economics of VLDI vs VLDI doing it on its own dime. These channel partners are the sales arm, operation arm, and support arm and they are nicely compensated for all that, while other companies have done it on their own dime . This relationship changes the economics of profitability as well as any potential buyout which may or may not happen down the road. VLDI does actually nothing, they contract out everything including the software development. When you buy VLDI stock you are really not buying a company, but you are buying all the contractor relationships making VLDI just a one or two man overseer shop.
Shareholders also need to understand that for some reason Bruce has been reluctant to release the terms of this compensation. The only reason in my book is because they must be fairly richly compensated.
