I say will be because they haven't announced contract(s) yet, take advantage now instead of chasing it up. Quantum Dots are their thing and if you never heard of a Quantum Dot, you will soon. Kindle Fire and all the new Samsung 4&8K TV's have them for their vibrant color and reduced energy use from a competitor. Their problem is they cannot mass produce them economically - but Quantum Materials Corp. with their micro-reactor can!
