OK, We cheated on the planned weekend taste test during the ball games. We busted the Memphis BBQ bag open last night. What a pleasant surprise; very soft, moist, fabulous flavor. Not at all like Brand X. We still have seven more flavors to go. Hangover Joe has a game changer. Everyone's facial expression when they took the first bite was amazing.
In addition, I went on google earth and zoomed in on the shipping address for the jerky. The building is huge! A very large distribution center. Not at all a two person operation as IHUB clowns are suggesting. "We're moving on up, Wheezy."
