Excellent SFOR analysis here> "This isn't rocket science. A group has been accumulating large positions with heavy buying on the front end and moderate buying to keep movement going north.
They get up 300% or better and dump it. Same group will buy heavy again (started yesterday) and in another month or two they will do it again.
Nice thing about SFOR is the longs are flipping as well and locking in higher lows. Furthermore board chatter has become so extreme that they are now well seasoned and SOLID in the DD and the expected end result of this play.... which is MULTIPLE DIMES..
There will be no RS now. There is no need. OS has been steady for 6 months. They cannot increase the AS per DART agreement to dilute even if they wanted to and the ONLY other avenue to dilute is to release the AS which would expose them to hostile takeover from the big companies they are suing.
FYI - OS was 193 million prior to a toxic converter refusing repayment following the MSFT settlement and electing to flood the market with 2.1 billion shares which where bought up over 3 days from April 14-16. I know because I bought as ton as well as others here. They are locked away in my accounts.
As for MSFT... google it. The settlement info is readily available.
A LOT of IHUB senior members missed this run up and are just showing up. They left a lot of money on the table, which is sad.... but there is still a lot to be had. They just need to realize the longs here have already seen it all and aren't selling so better get in when you can IMO."
