"If" they were to reach an agreement with KBM wouldn't we still wait until Jan for that agreement to be presented?
Has it been figured out who/what/why the delay again? I figured something would be out by now if someone asked for a delay or the court itself just pushed the date.
With all the IHUB chatter here I had to go check it out, pretty crazy. There is no way this is an actual belief, I would be curious if it actually sways any opinion? It is just so far out there, 30 seconds of research would de bunk all of it.
I figure it this way, I bought a ton of stock in the Amazon selling days. I thought that was a pretty good venue, then came along SMS. Really I didn't know much about the dealership plan but thought it was pretty good to line up with a company like Tabasco. Since then I think they are crushing it, for the most part. It can't be ALL roses, some dealers will nail it while I would think some will struggle. You tend to build a fantasy of how things will go, I do it. The dealers have a ton of work to do, its going to be tough and take time. I would think that to fully saturate a market area would take a couple years if you started at ground zero. Maybe not a Vegas but some of the other locations but I would think a few might take some time and a TON of effort.
I also was confused by the introduction of Beef Jerky, kinda came on the heels of the potato chips which I think is a free stream but not huge. Kinda had the thought of "what the hell" So wrong, added revenue and product recognition is pretty incredible.
They have come an incredible way since I first purchased this stock, it rose to almost a penny on the food network news, can't wait until they announce a filing date and the weeks after the filing when they are able to release on time quarter reports with revenue increases. This is going to be a fun ride for those that are able to sit it out.
