SFOR looks like its already settled.

People keep asking why does SFOR want to meet with all three defendants at the same time in front of the judge. Well some who understand legal and get it could give you a few reasons.

1. SFOR already has settled with all three and the meeting is to provide details to the judge and allow them to settle out of court.

2. SFOR accepted a buyout deal from one of the companies and is going to inform the other two parties at the same time. This very well could have happened and would make tons of sense.

3. SFOR was purchased by a party outside of the current listed in the suits and they will inform the three at the same time that they will be adding the new company who purchased SFOR to the case.

4. SFOR filed a motion for summary judgement and will be asking the judge to pass a judgement on their claims based on presented evidence.

What is the real reason? Who knows. The only thing you can take from it is that no matter which one of the above or logical alternatives it might be, it is positive and looks like they are closing out these three and moving on to the next set of defendants they will be going after next......Who could that be....Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Amazon, Apple.........or any of the other 1,000+ companies who are infringing on their patent.

The next 30 days is going to be very interesting and fun to watch. This company might make history and shatter all records in OTC land...or for that matter any exchange in the world.

Don't pay attention to daily price changes. If you believe in the company and what it has in front of it then get in while you can.
