Not sure WTF you're talking about. The requirement that Obama met when he applied for and received his passport is stated below
Yes, he did present his birth certificate.
If you have any evidence that Obama presented fraudulent documents, let's see it. A judge through a case out and called it frivolous because Taitz couldn't produce any evidence to make her case.
