Relax, that's a question for KK Fudd's deposition. He made the claim and SFRX has to prove the Defendant's posts are false.
Uhm, the FBAR docs provided show there was no such agreement (see below). If Kyle wants to depose the FBAR and PROVE the posts were false then the burden is on him.
You and the dreamer (s) seem to think the Defendant has the burden to prove something, but as Judge Stephens CLEARLY said that burden STILL rest with the plaintiff.
