regarding the LOI with Lilly Li, the late filing of the 10Q will not have an effect on the LOI because the end-of-year financials have already been posted in the ammended form 10 today.
Form 10-K will be filed either tomorrow afternoon or Monday per correspondence with RMHB management this afternoon.
