regarding that inventory, venessa adams had a large stockpile in the san diego warehouse that they were pushing her to place into her stores around thanksgiving of last year. she did a local sesh at san diego & refilled some old accounts and made a few new ones which made a dent but did not close out on her inventory before the april 2015 expiration date.
items 1-3 in the form 10 which you cite are all also true.
also, someone mentioned that these can still be used for taste testing - but whoever said that, ask yourself just how much gets used for taste testing - lol.
