I understand the frustration jack. However, and this is only personal, I cannot refute the cases of merchandise being pictured, packed and moved. I cannot refute the thousands of pictures of merchandise in stores with real consumers holding and purchasing it. I cannot refute the pictures of the dealers and their webpages, and some with store locators, as well as their updates as to how they are doing. I cannot refute the festivals and live video of people using and trying the product and I cannot refute the radio interviews and other appearances that HJOE management make. Social media is a viable and allowable form of communication, and they have not stopped, and instead have doubled down on there assertions and promises of filing.

We either can believe our eyes or fall into the old OTC paradigm that all of these companies are a scam. I tend to think HJOE is the exception, not the rule and I'll be here until the end to find out what my gut is telling me.
