If they show they are keeping shareholders informed through SM, show examples of other companies that kept doing R/s (like $TBEV ) and eviscerated shareholders, show attempts to reconcile debt with KBM that WAS in the best shareholder interest, etc - it would make no sense to shut the trading down.
That being said - it is a governement entity...
