Chaffetz: If Clinton Emails a 'Mistake' 'Why is Ev

Utah Congressman Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, joined Megyn Kelly on The Kelly File to discuss the latest revelations in the Clinton email scandal.
Cheryl Mills, a top aide to Hillary Clinton who also acts as her lawyer, received an immunity deal from the Department of Justice in the FBI's investigation into the mishandling of classified information by Clinton.
Recently, however, reports surfaced that Mills was also subject of an immunity agreement for the probe into obstruction of justice in the email investigation.
"Nearly a year after the FBI seized computers and thumb drives from her law office--almost a year later--suddenly Cheryl Mills gets an immunity deal," Chaffetz said.
Chaffetz said he discussed with FBI Director Jim Comey an email from 2010 that recognized the existence of a computer "server" possibly being "up and running".
He also said it made "no sense" that Mills was both a witness granted immunity as well as Clinton's attorney.
He remarked that the public is likely interested in the ongoing probe because "they're worried Lady Justice has a little different blindfold when dealing with the Clintons."
"If this [private email situation] was just a mistake, why is everyone pleading the Fifth [Amendment] and getting immunity deals?" he asked.
