Well if it was a scam and they went through all that effort qualifying drilling sites, sending equipment to Belize and all over Texas and filing financials and taking phone calls, etc, etc; they would have been better off with an honest approach i.e. pumping and selling oil.
Now they all face jail time and costly fines and for what?
