Re: SLICRIC50 #12294

Although I don't think TV's are going away anytime soon... the numbers of people who view entertainment content via on-demand personal devices is growing by leaps and bounds (as the guy in the video Mgazel posted points out).  Companies taking advantage of this growth will be well positioned to sell ad space for decent money.  Punch on the web now via FilmOn, and streaming on the web at their own site (hopefully soon) - coupled with good entertainment content, should be a recipe for substantial advertising revenues.  And keep in mind about the content... not everybody likes the same flavor of ice cream.  So you may or may not like the current content on Punch... but the viewers will decide what they like and don't like.  Viewership of Punch programs has yet to be released.  Hopefully we will be pleasantly surprised.  The mobile viewer, I think, is attracted by different content than the conventional TV viewer.

For those that can't see that today... well, they are just going to have to pay more for their shares down the road.  See the potential early and buy cheap... or wait for guarantees and pay more down the road.  Each has to make their own choice.

Just my opinion...
