Good Times Restaurants Inc.(NASDAQ:GTIM) stock surged 40.51% to $2.74 after the company announced its same store sales increased 6.8% for the month of November. Same store sales decreased .9% for its fourth fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2012, however road construction materially impacted two restaurants and without those disruptions, same stores sales would have increased 1.3% in the fourth quarter, the ninth consecutive quarter of same store sales increases.

Groupon Inc(NASDAQ:GRPN) stock increased 22.97% to $4.68 as market players reacted poorly to chatter about a possible takeover for the troubled company. The Chicago-based firm made no comment on reports of takeover talk. Ivanhoe Energy Inc. (USA)(NASDAQ:IVAN) shares jumped 18.07% to $0.558. The company said that its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunwing Zitong Energy, has won approval from the China’s Ministry of Commerce to transfer its participating interest in the Contract for Exploration, Development and Production in the Zitong Block, Sichuan Basin, to Shell China Exploration and Production Co.

Uni-Pixel Inc(NDA)(NASDAQ:UNXL) shares climbed 18.04% and closed at $9.75 in the previous trading session after the company announced that it has joined forces with a manufacturer of personal computers to develop and introduce products that feature touch screens based on UniPixel’s UniBoss pro-cap, multi-touch sensor film. UniPixel has granted the PC maker a limited exclusive license in the notebook market segment for UniBoss Performance Engineered Film technology that provides the licensee priority development, dedicated production capacity and preferred pricing.
