always divert and deflect ..

abusive shorting has been embedded in PTOI since i first started documenting
*tape of trades* back in March 2010 ..
back tracking *then* .. 1M *abusive* in place as of EOY 2009

at various times it has ranged from 3 *bogus* to 5 *bogus* er .. shares per 1 legit *imo*

i especially like the extra effort put into play at specific times .. by *coordinator*
(aka NN's non retail bosses)

i'm reminded of April 2011's *set up* and when that *effort failed* by Jan 2013 .. we got to see *cabal's* leaking of SE's deposition on May 1st, 2013 which was a *successful* effort to break PTOI decisively below 50c .. of course that *event*
came to pass like all the others did *then* with mostly *bogus* shares .. but
i suspect one *round* of volume was coordinated with an *aromatic's* cert
because who can forget October 2014 and the deliberate attempt to bury
*by volume* (and the noise it would create out of multi/s) the ACC Executive Summary ..

suspect that *rolled some resets* but didn't cover .. (reminder that was when
52 week low of 6c from Jan 2014 .. would be *reset* to 5c .. Oct 2014)

and so it would go ..
