In late April of 2016, Pershing Resources announced that Blackridge investments, pending SEC approval, would purchase up to (approximtely) 10% of PSGR common shares in return for an investment of up to $1 Million. So...... where is the news? What is the status? Following the 'News' about Blackridge, Pershing Resources announced in a Press Release that a firm out of Canada would conduct a geological study (survey) at the Arizona minesite to identify the existence and extent of precious metals at the northern Arizona location. So...... Where is the news? What is the status? Additionaly in a Press Release, Pershing Resources announced the development of a larger mill to be located in northern Arizona. So..... Where is the mill site? What is the status?
A recurring theme exists. The company releases encouraging information that leads investors to believe that actions are being taken that will provide a Return On Investment. This theme has manifested itself for over TWENTY YEARS with this company through its current name and its former names. Each time Pershing issues a Press Release, one should ask "What, more BS?" because investors already know from TWENTY PLUS YEARS of experience "What is the status?". I will admit that I fell for the BS in the past.... ain't gonna happen again!
