When are the audited financials supposed to release? The PR said in 3 weeks which would have been around 9/21. The 10-K is supposed to be filed tomorrow, but they haven't released the audit yet? Anyone have an update on the audited financials?

The Company has submitted its application with OTC Markets to move from OTC PINK to OTC QB. The application is approved pending the completion of the Company's annual audit of its June 30 year-end financial results. Once the audit is complete, which is expected within the next three weeks, the Company will update its Form 10 filing with the current year audited financials and produce and file with the SEC its first Form 10-K, which is due to be filed by September 28, 2016
